Definition
The motive of the participation of IES José García Nieto in the I Tournament of Robotics of Las Rozas, is for students to design and build a robot that goes through a closed circuit Project
Development
Students will work in groups of 8 to 10 students.
group will have to organize itself to carry out the following tasks:
1º Search of ideas: the robot has to have a story behind it and a motive that you will have to explain the story and motive should be in accordance with its appearance. An individual sketch will be delivered to the teacher before designing it in 3D
2º Design of the robot with tinkercad for 3D printing
3º Programming with bitbloq so the robot can complete the circuit correctly
4º Robot assembly (platform, plate and sensors)
5º Evaluation
6º Presentation to classmates.
Project evaluation
The project will be evaluated from 0 to 10 points:
Tour of the circuit: maximum 4 points. (The circuit will have five steps and 0,8 points will be given for each step that the robot passes successfully).
efficiency: 1 point
The originality and beauty of the design: 1 point
quality of programming: 1 point Teamwork: 1 point
The presentation of the Project: 1 point.
Others: Appinventor: 1 point
Contest phase
The project that obtains the highest score among all those in 3rd ESO will represent the IES in the I Tournament of Robotics of Las Rozas. In case of a tie, the department will decide. Technology, programming and robotics 3
